The best stride analysis video I’ve seen

I don’t know if Chris Solinsky is a big fan of this video (former American record holder in the 10K) but I think it’s great. It breaks down Chris’ stride and tells you exactly what he does right (nothing) and what he does wrong (everything). The conclusion is that Chris was a great runner not because of his stride but because of his VO2 Max. I of course immediately ran out and filmed myself running only to discover my stride is basically the same as Chris’ but my VO2 Max is not even close.
